Delivery services
Our distribution partner is Vasp.
The shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery method (address or collection point) and weight of the package.
The maximum weight allowed for each package is 30 kg. Orders exceeding 30 kg are sent in more than one package.
When placing your order, you can check the total shipping costs that will be stipulated when you indicate the delivery address when completing your order.

• Delivery to Your address (Deliveries are not made to PO Boxes)
• Vasp Points (Kios)
Delivery times
We process and ship most orders within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. In the bank transfer payment method, the order will be processed as soon as the bank transfer process is completed. If you select cash on delivery as your payment method, payment must be made in cash only.
The delivery time may vary, but a delivery that takes place completely within the normal process should be completed within 2 to 5 working days. You will be notified by email the moment your order leaves our facilities.

Damaged orders
If upon delivery, the order visibly shows any changes to the packaging or is damaged, the customer will have to place "Order subject to verification, damaged packaging" on the driver's note.
