OUR QUALITY POLICY

We work with a wide variety of products and suppliers, with the most varied shapes and sizes, flavors, colors and brands of snacks, always trying to satisfy our four-legged customers.
We aim to guarantee the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

The products sold are subject to constant changes, which we may change without prior notice, whether changes in prices, brands, changes in quantities or shipping.

BuéSnacks is not responsible for any discrepancies and/or modifications related to the information about the products present on our website, provided by the supplier/manufacturer, and what appears on the labels or information thereof.
We recommend that you always read the information nutrition, the list of ingredients, conservation, as well as all mandatory and/or voluntary information present in the product's description on the Website, of the Snacks before using it or giving it to Your animal.


SHIPPING

The customer can receive the order wherever they wish (except at PO Boxes), from Monday to Friday (with the exception of local or national holidays).

To do this, simply provide us with the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm.
 

NOTICE:

Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in it being returned to BuéSnacks, resulting in additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that the customer always ensure that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is actually correct and complete. . Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details you provided.

It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as this will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.

In case of loss or anomaly of the order, the customer must contact us immediately, so that we can resolve the problem in a short space of time. We also inform you that in the event of incorrect provision of customer data, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

STOCK OUTAGES

Your orders will be subject to the availability of the products purchased at the time of your order.
In case of product failure, we will contact the customer, providing the following hypotheses:

- Replacement with another similar product, of the same value;

- Replacement with another product of different value and value adjustment made;

- Money back via bank transfer;

Most products are sold individually, with each order being treated within the Hygiene and Safety parameters. at work in accordance with Community Regulation (EC) No. 767/2009, of July 13th.
